Age Requirement

Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 27 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 27.

At Southern Shores in WaterColor, guests have access to the private heated pool for WaterColor Beachside condo s only which is located within the condo complex. This pool offers a relaxing retreat where you can take a dip, lounge in the sun, or unwind with friends and family. Additionally, guests staying in WaterColor have access to the expansive WaterColor Beach Club, which features multiple pools, including a main pool, a second pool deck with lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry. No pets

Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions.

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.
