This has been our favorite stay thus far!
We've been coming to 30A every summer for the past few years and this has been our favorite stay thus far. It was perfect for our party of 12. So close to the pool and just a quick golf cart ride to Seaside. It was fully stocked with everything you need and was beautiful. An added bonus was the beds were actually comfortable.

Great location to Seaside and to the beaches!
Great location to Seaside and to the beaches. It was great to have access to the golf cart to quickly get around the area. The bedrooms were cozy and bed were very comfortable. We definitely recommend.

We loved our stay and very much enjoyed our time here!
We loved our stay and very much enjoyed our time here! We were able to take the golf cart a little early and explore the area before afternoon checkin, which we really appreciated with our early flight in! The house was clean and was just as pictured! We appreciated being able to do laundry and having a dishwasher available with cooking in a few nights. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Bed was very comfy! We loved the area and the neighborhood overall. Close enough to ride to seaside area in the cart but tucked away from the crowd.

The location is super convenient!
The property was spotless and well-stocked. The houses are very close together in the community so we got to hear another family's ping-pong tournament and I'm sure they heard the excitement when my youngest won her first game of Mah Jong! Regardless it was very quiet outside after 9PM and we found the porches to be a very comfortable place to gather and relax. The location is super convenient to Publix, Seaside, Grayton Beach. We had a family member with mobility problems so the golf cart and downstairs bedroom suite were really important for us. We highly recommend Grayton Beach State Park for its ADA accessibility and limited capacity which kept the beach much less crowded than the public access spots we tried!

Home was exactly as described and the communication was excellent!
We go to this area to stay at least once per year and this was probably the cleanest house we've ever stayed in! The house was exactly as described and the communication was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this house and the community it's in. Btw. We had 9 people in the house and there were more beach chairs than people with us. Tons of toys and umbrellas as well. That was a nice surprise! It was a pleasure and we look forward to staying here again!
