A pleasant stay!
First, let me say this house was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, even with plenty of teenagers around (including my own!), which made for a really relaxing stay. We did have two minor issues during our trip, but as soon as I notified the property managers, they responded within minutes. I was very impressed by how quickly they handled everything and their sense of urgency,even though the situations weren't emergencies. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again this coming September! 10/10!

We will definitely be back!
We had the most amazing vacation staying here! The house was so beautiful and relaxing. They had everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to beach toys, chairs etc. The neighborhood was so peaceful, beautiful and fun. We woke up every day and biked to the beach. The kids also had a blast at the pool and hot tub. The management company was so friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this spot enough! We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect!
We enjoyed a relaxing and fun spring break at Surfer Rosa! The location was perfect - a 5-minute walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to Seaside and all the fun shops and restaurants the town offers! The golf cart was a bonus for getting around! The home itself was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was squeaky, clean and felt fresh and new. The outdoor spaces offer lots of opportunities for outdoor lounging, dining, and relaxing. The backyard is beautiful and feels private thanks to the landscaping. Having a private pool at the property was a dream come true for our kids, while my husband and I were able to relax while they swam. We were one of the first families to stay in this property under the new management by Dream Destinations. We can't say enough about how wonderfully responsive Dream Destinations was! They provided any and everything we needed at a moment's notice. The stay was really lovely and relaxing. We hope to rent Surfer Rosa from them again soon!

Beautiful home.
Beautiful home. Perfect for our 6-person spring break. Ground floor bedroom with en suite suited the grandparents well. Relaxing view of pond from charming porch.
