Golf Cart Guidelines

Dream Destinations 30A

Many of our properties include a complimentary street-legal golf cart to help guests enjoy the 30A lifestyle with ease and convenience. Golf carts may be provided either directly by the homeowner or through our trusted partner, Wilder Carts 30A LLC. To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors, and community, please carefully review and follow the guidelines below during your stay.

Golf Cart Operation

• A golf cart is included with the rental of this home.
• Drivers must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Please allow approximately 15 seconds after turning the ignition key for the golf cart to fully activate while the cart is in Neutral.
• Guests are required to observe all posted speed limits and obey all traffic laws while operating the golf cart.

Parking Guidelines

• Golf carts must be parked only in the driveway or garage, if available for guest use.
• Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• Golf carts parked on the street may be towed at the guest’s expense.
• Guests are responsible for any parking tickets, fines, towing fees, or violations incurred during their stay. These charges will be added to the reservation and charged to the card on file.
• Please do not park the golf cart on:
  • Landscaping
  • Grassy areas
  • Sidewalks
  • Nature trails
  • Boardwalks

Battery & Charging Requirements

To help maintain the performance and longevity of the golf cart battery system, please follow these charging guidelines carefully:

• The golf cart must not be operated when the battery charge falls below 20%.
• Management actively monitors battery levels through our designated monitoring system.
• If the golf cart is operated below 20% battery and requires towing or service, a $150.00 recovery fee will be charged to the reservation.
• Guests are encouraged to charge the golf cart whenever it is not in use.
• Please ensure the golf cart is adequately charged before leaving the property for extended use.

Keys & Check-Out Instructions

• Golf cart keys can be found on the kitchen countertop upon arrival.
• Please return the keys to the same location at check-out.
• Missing golf cart keys will result in a $100.00 replacement fee charged to the card on file.

Our communities along 30A are family-oriented and carefully maintained. We kindly ask all guests to operate the golf cart responsibly and respectfully to help preserve the experience for everyone.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees, towing charges, loss of golf cart privileges during the stay, or liability for damages.
