Homey Vacation
Very nice home and hospitable owner. The house was very clean upon arrival and everything was as expected with golf cart, bikes and a small pool. The owner extended the waterfalls run time at the pool to accommodate our two kids having extra play time. The home has pretty much everything you need for a stay away from home, including beach chairs and toys, along with grill, fire pit, and even extra towels. It’s often the little things that are missed with these vacation rentals, but this one seemed to have it all. I highly recommend.

Wonderful spot
We loved the Laughing Place and would choose to stay there again or another home in the same neighborhood. The location was great; it was the furthest we've ever stayed from the beach, but it didn't bother us at all. Having the golf cart and bikes was a HUGE bonus. We traveled with four teens who loved biking to Seaside and back, and they also enjoyed biking the neighborhood trail that leads to the beach - it was fun for us adults too! The house itself was comfortable, roomy, well-appointed, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great neighborhood pool amenities too. We even grilled out one night at the pool. 10 out of 10!

Perfect stay
Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was clean. The property owners were excellent with communication and prompt at answering any questions I had. There were 6 of us which was perfect for the golf cart and we had 6 bikes! The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood that was just a couple minutes from the grocery store and about an 8-10 min ride the the beach and the seaside shops.

An absolute dream
Absolutely the best family vacation with my kids and grandkids. Thank you Dream Destinations 30A for making this so easy and seamless. Everything was perfect and we will be back next year and only going thru you guys!! Thank you again for helping our family make memories for a lifetime.
