We stayed here with our family of five (two 11-year-old boys and a four-year-old girl). The house was perfect for our children and us. It was very clean, tastefully decorated without too much “extra” decor that could get ruined or knocked over, and had all the things we needed to cook and enjoy the area. The hosts responded promptly to any questions, and everything was exactly as stated on the listing. The bonus? There were chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys in the garage. I assume they were left by other guests, and we also added some shovels to the collection, but it was great to not have to run out and grab things for our toddler. This was truly one of our favorite vacations as we loved the house and had friends staying in nearby homes so our kids could ride bikes and explore with their buddies. The pool, basketball court, playground, and golf cart ride to the beach meant fun for everyone all week! We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here! House was extremely clean upon check in. Perfect size for two families. Location was fantastic as the neighborhood has trails to bike to the pools and the beach. Biking through the forest to chill at the beach in the evening was one of our favorite activities. The neighborhood is bikeable to all things Seaside and Watercolor as well. We even biked as far as Old Florida Fish House and Grayson Beach. Very appreciative that they provide five bikes for your use. They are aluminum, light weight and comfortable to ride. Working with Ali and his team from Dream Destinations was five stars. I'd give them more if I could. They did all they could do during Easter week. I manage vacation rentals for a living and have high expectations. This did not disappoint. All around amazing stay. Thanks Ali!

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful place-better than the pics. So peaceful. And relaxing. We had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

We stayed with 3 young children ages 5,4, and 2. The house was clean, couches were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We've stayed at other houses along 30A and Nature walk…this one was great! The golf cart had great speed and battery life. The hot tub gave the kids hours of fun on chilly days!
