NatureWalk at Seagrove is a popular destination for residents and visitors. It is conveniently located near the beach, Seaside, and WaterColor, all while being surrounded by the natural beauty of Point Washington State Forest. NatureWalk perfectly embodies the relaxed 30A lifestyle, with its proximity to Seaside and the stunning Gulf Coast. Additionally, it's within walking or biking distance to the white sandy beaches and WaterColor Crossings. Notably, a Publix grocery store is also conveniently nearby.

The NatureWalk community offers a range of recreational facilities, including pickleball courts, basketball courts, and sand volleyball courts. Moreover, it is adjacent to a state forest with hiking and biking trails for nature enthusiasts. NatureWalk's 'Gathering Place' stands out, featuring a full-size heated lap pool, a zero-entry family pool, a toddler splash pool, two gas grills, a hot tub, fire pits, an entertainment bar, hammocks, bathrooms, and shaded seating with tables and chairs. Families with children will appreciate the on-site playground. Access to the pool area is controlled by key card, with clearly posted operating hours for everyone's convenience.

30A is a charming coastal highway that connects the villages of South Walton, offering a unique and beautiful beach experience. Each village along 30A has its own charm, set against the backdrop of pristine dune lakes, white sandy beaches, and emerald waters native to the area.

Age Requirement

Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Beach Access

Lily Lane beach trail (ONLY bikes or walking) is located across from the ‘Gathering Place’. This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking.

Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 7-minute bike to public beach access.
 

No pets

Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions..

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted.  If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.

**No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the premises.

**Video Surveillance: Many of our properties have 24-hour exterior video surveillance. This specific home indeed has exterior security cameras.

Golf Cart: 

A 6-seater golf cart will be added to every reservation (discounted price of $525.00 weekly). This is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor and requires a rental policy to be signed between the Guest and Wilder Carts 30A LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or Dream Destinations 30A Luxury Rentals LLC.
